Kinki Collective

An Inclusive BDSM, Lifestyle, & Poly Community

Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket or attending a Kinki Collective event, you agree to the following terms:

1. Physical Harm Release & Waiver of Liability

By attending any event hosted by Kinki Collective, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to physical injury, emotional distress, or exposure to triggering content.

Acknowledgment of Risks: Events may involve physical activity, sensory play, or emotionally charged experiences. You agree that your participation is voluntary and that you assume full responsibility for any risks or injuries, whether caused by you, other participants, or staff.

Release of Liability: You release and discharge Kinki Collective, its affiliates, owners, contractors, facilitators, volunteers, and venue partners from any and all liability, claims, damages, or expenses arising from your participation.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the parties above from any third-party claims resulting from your actions.

Medical Treatment: You authorize basic first aid if needed. You acknowledge that Kinki Collective is not responsible for medical care costs.

Fitness to Participate: You confirm you are physically and emotionally fit to participate. If you have medical conditions, it is your responsibility to consult with a healthcare provider and inform the organizers.

Binding Nature: This waiver is binding upon your heirs, assigns, and legal representatives.

2. Ticket Refund & Cancellation Policy

Kinki events are intimate, carefully curated experiences. Because of our limited capacity and up-front costs, we enforce the following policies:

All Sales Are Final: Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Kinki Collective.

No Late Entry: Doors close at the time listed on your ticket. Entry will not be permitted after this time, and no refunds will be issued.

No-Shows: If you do not attend the event, you forfeit your ticket.

Ticket Transfers: Tickets are non-transferable. Entry will only be granted to the original ticket purchaser.

Refund Deadline: Refund requests (for non-canceled events) must be received at least 7 days before the event.

Event Cancellations: If we cancel an event, all ticket holders will receive a full refund to their original payment method.

Force Majeure: In case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, venue closures), we may cancel or reschedule the event without issuing refunds. In some cases, credit for a future event may be offered.

Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback will result in an immediate ban from all future Kinki events and termination of your Kinki.co account.

3. Ticket Usage Terms

Membership Access: Some events may include temporary or trial membership to the Kinki Collective. Entry to members-only venues may be granted for the event duration only. Free and trial memberships have no cash value.

Age Requirement: You must be 21+ to attend any Kinki event. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at the door.

Codeword Verification: We reserve the right to verify RSVP or identity using a codeword, email confirmation, or member profile at check-in.

4. Code of Conduct

Kinki events prioritize consent, safety, and freedom of expression. By attending, you agree to:

Respect the boundaries of others

Obtain explicit verbal consent before engaging in any physical contact

Follow the direction of Dungeon Monitors (DMs) and event staff

Avoid intoxication beyond a functional level

Refrain from taking photos unless explicitly permitted in designated areas

Treat the space, staff, and fellow attendees with care

Violation of these principles may result in immediate removal from the event without refund.

5. Photography & Media Policy

No Phones in Dungeon Areas: Unless stated otherwise, phones and photography are strictly prohibited in dungeon or play zones.

Designated Photo Zones: Some events may include photo booths or designated media areas. By entering these areas, you consent to being photographed.

Private Use: Any photos taken with consent are for private use only. Commercial or public use requires written permission from Kinki Collective.

6. Privacy & Data Use

We value your discretion. Any data collected during the ticketing process is used solely for event administration and communication. We do not share or sell your personal information.

7. Updates to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notice. Please review them before each event. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
