In order to maintain a safe and inclusive environment, Kinki Collective requires all attendees to agree to and follow this Code of Conduct. By attending, you agree to the following:

Respect for All Participants: Attendees must show respect for all participants, including fellow attendees, facilitators, and staff. Harassment, discrimination, or disrespectful behavior of any kind, including but not limited to, verbal abuse, unwanted physical contact, or hate speech, will not be tolerated.

Safe Environment: Attendees are responsible for ensuring that their behavior does not endanger the safety or well-being of others. Any unsafe actions will result in intervention and possible removal from the event.

Consent is Paramount: If participating in any interactive sessions or demonstrations, attendees must always obtain explicit consent from other participants. Engaging in any activity without clear, informed, and enthusiastic consent will lead to immediate removal from the event.

Do Not Interrupt: Do not interrupt an ongoing scene between other Guests, with physical touch, questions, or conversation. If you would like to participate in a scene with others, it must be pre-negotiated. You are encouraged to observe at a respectful distance.

Privacy and Confidentiality: Attendees agree to respect the privacy of others. Sharing private conversations, photographs, or any other personal information of other attendees without their express permission is strictly prohibited.

Substance Abuse: If any Guest is deemed unable to provide adequate Consent due to substance abuse, they will be safely escorted out of the event by security. Our team will help any Guest under these conditions order a rideshare home at the Guest's expense.

No Guest Photography: (Only applies to members-only dungeon events) Photography by Guests is not allowed at Kinki members-only dungeon events. During some events, you may be requested to cover your phone camera with no-residue stickers. You agree to do so if requested.

Violation Consequences: Violation of this Code of Conduct will result in actions deemed appropriate by the event organizers, including, but not limited to, a warning, removal from the event, and/or being banned from future events. No refunds will be given for violations leading to removal.

By attending Kinki Collective events, you agree to uphold this Code of Conduct and understand the consequences of failing to do so.
