Code of Conduct

In order to maintain a safe and inclusive environment, Kinki Collective requires all guests to agree to and follow this Code of Conduct. By attending any Kinki event, you agree to the following:

Respect for All

Guests must show respect for all participants, including other guests, facilitators, performers, and staff. Harassment, discrimination, or disrespectful behavior of any kind will not be tolerated, including but not limited to:

✨ Verbal abuse or threats
✨ Unwanted physical contact
✨ Hate speech or slurs based on identity, body, or background

If you are asked to stop a behavior, you are expected to stop immediately.

Safety and Staff Instructions

You are responsible for ensuring that your behavior does not endanger the safety or well-being of others.

✨ Follow all instructions from staff, security, and Dungeon Monitors (DMs).
✨ If a DM or staff member intervenes in a scene or interaction, their decision is final.
✨ Any unsafe actions may result in intervention and possible removal from the event.

Consent is Paramount

Consent is the foundation of all interactions at Kinki events.

✨ You must obtain clear, informed, and enthusiastic consent before any physical contact, kink activity, or sexual interaction.
✨ Consent can be withdrawn at any time. When it is withdrawn, you must stop immediately.
✨ Engaging in any activity without clear, informed, and enthusiastic consent will lead to immediate removal from the event and may result in a ban from future events.

If you are unsure whether you have consent, you do not have consent.

Scenes and Observation

Kinki events may include scenes, demonstrations, or interactive experiences.

✨ Do not interrupt an ongoing scene between other guests with physical touch, questions, or conversation.
✨ If you would like to participate in a scene, it must be discussed and clearly agreed upon in advance by all people involved.
✨ You are encouraged to observe at a respectful distance without interfering.
✨ If you are concerned about a scene or someone’s safety, speak with a DM or staff member, not with the people in the scene.

Do not touch another person’s body, gear, ropes, or toys without their explicit consent.

Privacy, Confidentiality, and Photography

Kinki events prioritize privacy and discretion.

Privacy and Confidentiality

✨ Respect the privacy of other guests at all times.
✨ Sharing private conversations, personal details, or any identifying information about other guests without their explicit permission is strictly prohibited.
✨ You may not share photos, videos, or recordings of other guests without their explicit consent and in alignment with our separate Media Release Policy.

No Guest Photography in Restricted Areas

✨ Guest photography and video are not allowed in any area clearly designated as “No Photography,” “No Phones,” or similar, where visible signs are posted.
✨ In these marked areas, you may not take photos, videos, or recordings of any kind.

Dungeon and Members-Only Spaces

✨ At Kinki members-only dungeon events, guest photography is not allowed inside the dungeon, regardless of signage.
✨ During some events, you may be asked to cover your phone cameras with no-residue stickers or to follow other phone restrictions. You agree to comply if requested.

Only authorized photographers or media staff, operating under the Kinki Media Release Policy, may capture images or video where permitted.

Substances and Capacity to Consent

✨ You are expected to maintain a level of sobriety that allows you to give and receive clear, informed consent.
✨ If any guest is deemed unable to provide adequate consent due to intoxication or substance use, they will be safely escorted out of the event by security or staff.
✨ Our team may help the guest arrange a rideshare home, at the guest’s expense.
✨ Illegal drugs and the distribution of controlled substances are not permitted at Kinki events.

If staff believes your level of intoxication poses a safety risk to you or others, you may be politely removed without refund.

Violation Consequences

Violation of this Code of Conduct, or refusal to follow staff or DM instructions, will result in actions deemed appropriate by event organizers, including but not limited to:

✨ A verbal or written warning
✨ Immediate removal from the event
✨ Temporary or permanent ban from future Kinki events and online spaces

No refunds will be given for any removal related to violations of this Code of Conduct.

By attending Kinki Collective events, you agree to uphold this Code of Conduct and understand the consequences of failing to do so.

General

✨ These Code of Conduct is intended to be read together with the Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions, Media Release Policy, any additional event-specific rules, dungeon or play-space guidelines, and any separate media or membership policies that may apply.

✨ If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

✨ These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except where otherwise required by law.

Código de Conducta

Para mantener un ambiente seguro e inclusivo, Kinki Collective requiere que todas las personas invitadas acepten y sigan este Código de Conducta. Al asistir a cualquier evento de Kinki, aceptas lo siguiente:

Respeto para todxs

Lxs invitadxs deben mostrar respeto hacia todas las personas participantes, incluyendo otras personas invitadas, facilitadorxs, performers y staff. No se tolerará acoso, discriminación ni comportamientos irrespetuosos de ningún tipo, incluyendo pero no limitado a:

✨ Abuso verbal o amenazas
✨ Contacto físico no deseado
✨ Discursos de odio o comentarios despectivos basados en identidad, cuerpo o trasfondo

Si se te pide que detengas una conducta, se espera que la detengas de inmediato.

Seguridad e instrucciones del staff

Eres responsable de asegurarte de que tu comportamiento no ponga en peligro la seguridad ni el bienestar de otras personas.

✨ Sigue todas las instrucciones del staff, seguridad y Dungeon Monitors (DMs).
✨ Si un DM o miembro del staff interviene en una escena o interacción, su decisión es final.
✨ Cualquier acción insegura puede resultar en intervención y posible remoción del evento.

El consentimiento es primordial

El consentimiento es la base de todas las interacciones en los eventos de Kinki.

✨ Debes obtener un consentimiento claro, informado y entusiasta antes de cualquier contacto físico, actividad kink o interacción sexual.
✨ El consentimiento se puede retirar en cualquier momento. Cuando se retire, debes detenerte de inmediato.
✨ Participar en cualquier actividad sin consentimiento claro, informado y entusiasta resultará en tu remoción inmediata del evento y puede conllevar un bloqueo de eventos futuros.

Si no estás segurx de tener consentimiento, no tienes consentimiento.

Escenas y observación

Los eventos de Kinki pueden incluir escenas, demostraciones o experiencias interactivas.

✨ No interrumpas una escena en curso entre otras personas invitadas con contacto físico, preguntas o conversación.
✨ Si te gustaría participar en una escena, debe hablarse y acordarse claramente de antemano entre todas las personas involucradas.
✨ Se te anima a observar a una distancia respetuosa sin interferir.
✨ Si te preocupa una escena o la seguridad de alguien, habla con un DM o con el staff, no con las personas que están en la escena.

No toques el cuerpo, equipo, cuerdas ni juguetes de otra persona sin su consentimiento explícito.

Privacidad, confidencialidad y fotografía

Los eventos de Kinki priorizan la privacidad y la discreción.

Privacidad y confidencialidad

✨ Respeta la privacidad de las demás personas invitadas en todo momento.
✨ Compartir conversaciones privadas, detalles personales o cualquier información que identifique a otras personas invitadas sin su permiso explícito está estrictamente prohibido.
✨ No puedes compartir fotos, videos o grabaciones de otras personas invitadas sin su consentimiento explícito y en alineación con nuestra Política de Medios y Cesión de Imagen por separado.

Sin fotografía de invitadxs en áreas restringidas

✨ La fotografía y video de invitadxs no están permitidos en ninguna área claramente designada como “No Photography”, “No Phones” o similar, donde haya rótulos visibles.
✨ En estas áreas marcadas, no puedes tomar fotos, videos ni grabaciones de ningún tipo.

Dungeon y espacios solo para miembros

✨ En eventos de dungeon exclusivos para miembros de Kinki, no se permite la fotografía de invitadxs dentro del dungeon, sin importar la rotulación.
✨ En algunos eventos, se te puede pedir que cubras la cámara de tu teléfono con stickers sin residuo o que sigas otras restricciones relacionadas al uso de celulares. Aceptas cumplir con estas solicitudes si se te piden.

Solo fotógrafxs autorizadxs o personal de medios, operando bajo la Política de Medios y Cesión de Imagen de Kinki, pueden capturar imágenes o video donde esté permitido.

Sustancias y capacidad para consentir

✨ Se espera que mantengas un nivel de sobriedad que te permita dar y recibir consentimiento claro e informado.
✨ Si se determina que alguna persona invitada no puede otorgar un consentimiento adecuado debido a intoxicación o uso de sustancias, será escoltada fuera del evento de manera segura por seguridad o staff.
✨ Nuestro equipo puede ayudar a esa persona a coordinar un servicio de rideshare o transporte hacia su hogar, a costo de la persona invitada.
✨ Las drogas ilegales y la distribución de sustancias controladas no están permitidas en los eventos de Kinki.

Si el staff considera que tu nivel de intoxicación representa un riesgo para tu seguridad o la de otras personas, podrías ser removidx del evento sin reembolso.

Consecuencias por violaciones

La violación de este Código de Conducta, o negarse a seguir las instrucciones del staff o de lxs DMs, resultará en las acciones que lxs organizadorxs del evento consideren apropiadas, incluyendo, pero no limitadas a:

✨ Una advertencia verbal o escrita
✨ Remoción inmediata del evento
✨ Bloqueo temporal o permanente de futuros eventos de Kinki y espacios en línea

No se otorgarán reembolsos por ninguna remoción relacionada con violaciones a este Código de Conducta.

Al asistir a eventos de Kinki Collective, aceptas cumplir con este Código de Conducta y entiendes las consecuencias de no hacerlo.

Disposiciones generales

✨ Este Código de Conducta debe leerse junto con la Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions, Media Release Policy, cualquier regla adicional específica del evento, las reglas de dungeon o de espacios de juego y cualquier otra política separada de medios o membresía que pueda aplicar.

✨ Si alguna disposición de este Código o de los Términos y Condiciones se considera inválida o inaplicable, las disposiciones restantes seguirán en pleno vigor y efecto.

✨ Este Código y los Términos y Condiciones se rigen por las leyes del Estado Libre Asociado de Puerto Rico, sin considerar principios de conflicto de leyes, salvo que la ley aplicable disponga lo contrario.
