I hereby grant Kinki Collective permission to use photographs and/or video recordings (the "media") of me taken at Kinki Collective events in publications, news releases, online platforms, social media, and in other communications related to the mission of Kinki Collective.

I understand and agree that:

Voluntary Participation: My participation is voluntary, and I can opt out of photo or video recording by notifying the event organizers at the door of the event. Identifiers will be given to all Guests that opt-out so that the event media team can identify Guests to exclude from media.

Use of Photos: The photographs or video recordings may be used by Kinki Collective for promotional, marketing, and documentation purposes, including but not limited to print, digital, or video publications.

No Compensation: I will not receive any financial compensation for the use of these images.

Waiver of Rights: I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written or electronic copy, wherein my likeness appears.

Revocation: I understand that I may revoke this permission at any time in writing to Kinki Collective, but such revocation shall not apply to photographs or recordings already published prior to receipt of the written notice.
